I was feeling very stuck before I worked with Els, and felt unable for several years to shift some major things in my life, despite doing the inner and outer 'work' for several years.

I felt there was definitely some darker energies present interfering with my progress, I also wanted to expand and grow in all areas of life.

The results have been amazing. I have managed to complete take back control of areas of my life, I have elevated my living environment considerably, I have increased my capacity to earn money through my business, and I have had some major internal mindset shifts too.

Before working with Els,I was not completely embracing myself or my leadership. I was being small and quiet. Struggling to hold on to my good girl people pleasing ways.

I wanted to understand more about my relationship patterns. I wanted to cut ties with toxic relationships that did not serve my highest good.

To be honest, I was a bit reluctant. I did not really understand the Karma Clearing work or how it could help me. But I decided to try it anyway.

Following the Karma Clearing session, I have unlocked a level of self expression I have never experienced before. I have been able to set better boundaries for myself and let go of a relationship that was draining the life out of me.

I liked most that we still had fun while doing really heavy work. It never felt like a burden. It wasn’t clinically. It was personal and liberating.

Before working with Els, I was recovering from back surgery with a history of multiple orthopedic injuries.

I specifically wanted to work on my tight and torn right  hamstring and my chronic low back conditions.

I had met Els in person before so I knew I trusted her. However, I wasn't sure if doing a remote healing session would be effective.

My hesitations in doing a remote healing session were quickly resolved once we started. I could tell within a few minutes that the physical distance did not matter. Els was able to guide my body inquiry and healing just as effectively as if we had been in the same room. Els did an amazing job in helping me feel relaxed and created an atmosphere conducive to healing.

I would absolutely recommend this to anyone open to self-discovery, healing, and body awareness. The experience taught me concepts and tools that will be useful throughout my life.

Before Els and I started working together, I had been working deeply on self awareness for about 3 years and had a reasonable grasp of what I was consciously aware.

The core issues I wanted to solve, were my issues with visibility and fear of getting “in trouble’ with anybody really despite being 46 years old!

And even though I had some reservations- I wasn’t able to really describe exactly what would happen and how the sessions woul “work” when in different countries, I decided to go for it.

With my individual sessions, I have understanding and compassion now for how my past experiences (in this life and in any past lives) have resulted in self-punishment, fear, belief and inheritance programs. With this, I have worked on getting behind those limiting beliefs and have done things that have blown my mind in the past few weeks, like accepting an invitation to be a panel member and holding boundaries for the first time ever. I have been able to let go of past experiences that were impacting on my relationship with me as well as others. I am now able to feel a sense of knowing rising up and am curious about what happens next!

The group sessions have felt like a warm hug. Each time I could feel an energy and letting go.

What I loved most, was the energy Els had for our sessions. She is so very knowledgeable and a wonderful teacher and guide. I felt safe and secure at all times.

I would absolutely recommend working with Els. To know thyself deeply is such an enriching experience and i have found it so comforting and I really feel the energy that comes with knowing one is a cosmic being.

Having always been a spiritual person I felt it was time for an update.  A LIBERATE Karma Clearing Group session was exactly what my body, mind and spirit was craving. Els and I met intuitively first as friends so I knew that she would be in my life in other intuitive ways.

The core issue I wanted to resolve, was confusion about my physical body giving me challenges when I had always taken good care of myself.

Following the 21 day prayer brought me a sense of peace and accomplishment.  The results were that I felt that I had addressed my issue and was ready to move forward physically.

Although my session was a remote session, the joy and laughter that Els provided was uplifting!

I would empathically recommend this to anyone who is curious. Whatever your challenge may be, acknowledging it and taking control can be a life changing experience.  It certainly was for me.

Every session with Els is an epic adventure in healing. Each time we meet love flows, something powerful is uncovered, and my healing evolution takes another leap.

To be honest, I was immediately drawn to Els, but skeptical of her methods (which sounded too “woo-woo” for me) so I’m hugely glad I followed the sense of a draw instead of the skeptical thoughts! Els’ grounded-yet-buoyant presence IS medicinal. So are her modalities--which stay focused on the body’s wisdom.

And Els finds the just-right balance of listening, leading the way, and responding to whatever arises in the moment so that I walk away with surprising new insights, feeling well-loved and deliciously relaxed.

Els brings such warmth, love and incredible intuition to her work. I honestly don’t know how she does it, but she always manages to make me feel comfortable, no matter how much I’m stuck in my head.

One of our sessions brought up some really old stories that we managed to shift. My food sensitivities improved. What’s unique about Els is that she has a gift to truly make you feel seen and heard without judgments. Over the years I’ve worked with many practitioners, healers and coaches from all over the world - but seriously, of all people I’ve ever worked with, there’s no one I trust more than Els.

Before Els and I started working together, I have been on a path of growth and curious about spiritual and soul aspects to our human experience. I felt stuck and could see myself repeating patterns but without a sense of how to make (and keep) changes.

The main problem I wanted to solve was my need to people please and a propensity to procrastination.

I did not have hesitations, I just was super curious. But I have been curiously following breadcrumbs for years so it was not a big jump. I do remember feeling a little uncertain as to how it would work from a logistics perspective - given IRL not possible.

The main results I have gotten so far, is that I feel calmer and a deep sense of peace. It is and I am still a work in progress but I feel more connected to myself.

My spiritual interests have greatly increased over the years. Els was tipped by another friend / teacher and I basically just followed my instinct.

I have some health issues like astma and being overweight that I have been approaching from multiple angles, and I just felt that some sessions with Els would be good for me.

My only hesitation was having to do the sessions online, instead of in person. But I found that our online healing sessions were very powerful, and it 'works' just like an in-person session.

It's been amazing. I feel more connection to my body, as if we are a team instead of working against each other. My astma and allergies have significantly decreased. I also was told be multiple people that I lost a twin sister before being born, and Els helped me work through the residue that I carried inside my body unknowingly. There's lots more, the work we did was magic.

I love that Els is open for all options, I can literally say we've been to outer space and back. She also knows how to nurture you, shares her own vulnerability as a human being and has this great singing voice that throws you back thousands of years into the womb of mother earth.

Without a clue of what I was going to experience, truly recognizing that I was in need of help; and in complete trust for Els, I showed up for my session. I had been with a low immune system for a while, experiencing weakness and pulmonary conditions.

The communication began--between my body, my feelings, my mind and Els. Through the process, in a deep state of relaxation I came to a raw state of feeling myself profoundly. The energetic leak was found, I was back in my mother’s womb at 4 months of gestation. Even though I was going through an uncomfortable memory of how I was experiencing unsafety towards the world outside of me, I also felt a much bigger container of love holding me, embracing me, and accompanying me while being there. Els did the most beautiful session for me! She went to the Akashic Records to see what was blocking my personal power and everything she reported back to me resonated.

I could feel expansion on these subjects and the changes she was able to make in my energy field. She does so much work in such a short time and it is very powerful. But best of all is how loving, warm and full of compassion she puts across the information. Just her voice is healing already.
